Journal of Computational and Applied Research in Mechanical Engineering (JCARME) ranking promotion in SCImago database

According to the annual evaluation of the SCImago database Journal of Computational and Applied Research in Mechanical Engineering (JCARME) H index increases from 4 to 6. Dr. Ashenai Ghasemi mentioned that this increase is due to the growth in the journal citations which can increase the chance of indexing in ISI data base.

Dr. Ashenai Ghasemi the executive manager of the JCARME journal added that till previous year this journal rank was Q3 only in one area, but this year it has Q3 rank in two areas.

It must be noted that SCImago is a research group from the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), University of Granada, Extremadura, Carlos III (Madrid) and Alcalá de Henares, dedicated to information analysis, representation and retrieval by means of visualization techniques.
