Minister of Education, Mohsen Haj Mirzaei,  stated: “In the development literature among social scientists, philosophers and economists, there is always the concern to decode the progress of societies to discover the reason for the progress or lack of development of societies. In this regard, various analyzes, for example, Historical backgrounds, cultural features, and different areas are presented”.

He added: “One of the reasons for the progress of society is to have a kind of rationality of development and progress, and the rationality of progress means that evolution is a deep and complex process and requires a certain level of wisdom and rationality.”
