Acting Minister for International Scientific Cooperation Transformation of International Interactions in the Middle of Accelerating Changes of the COVID Era
Dr. Hossein Salar Amoli, Acting Minister for International Scientific Cooperation, referred to the transformation of international interactions in the Corona Era in the 5th Executive Procedure of the sixth development program and said: “while the COVID-19 Pandemic has imposed negative impacts on the scientific and technological interactions, major universities and research institutes have found new mechanisms to adapt the new-emerging situation.” The Head of the Center for International Scientific Cooperation stated that inclination to science and technology is the guarantee of free trade zone and it should be accepted in the Kish Free Trade-Zone. Dr. Salar-Amoli mentioned that this free trade-zone should build connections with one or two international universities while the MSRT can provide a bureaucratic and legal context.
