The workshop on Analysis of Spiking Data has two sections, one in the morning and one in the afternoon
Each section has two parts 1) Scientific talk by the speaker 2) Solving exercises related to the talk using MATLAB programming language. Participants will work on real spiking data recorded from rat’s brain during performance of a cued movement. They will learn how to analyse and visualize spiking data in a real world scenario. Furthermore, they will learn how to perform non-conditional significance test on the spiking data . Applicants with basic knowledge of neuroscience and MATLAB programming language are very welcome to apply
